Information you choose to send
The contact form may collect your name, email, phone number, dates, preferred contact method, stay type, rig length, pet information, and message. The park uses that information to respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible stay.
Contact form delivery
Form submissions are transmitted to the park's published contact address. Do not send payment card numbers, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive data through the inquiry form.
Technical records
The web server may record standard request details such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and error information for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
Cookies and advertising
The rebuilt marketing pages do not install advertising trackers. The Guest Login, social networks, map providers, and other external services may use cookies or similar technology under their own policies after you follow a link.
Guest portal
The Returning Guest Log In link opens a separate RVBT guest portal. Account, reservation, and payment activity in that portal is governed by the portal's own security and privacy practices.
External maps and social links
Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, attraction sites, and government condition pages are external. Visiting them may disclose your request and technical information to those providers.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry information is used for park communication and operations. It may be processed by service providers that support website hosting and email delivery, or disclosed when required by law. Retention practices should be confirmed in the final owner review.
