How do I reserve a site?
Use Book Now to reserve online. Have your dates, rig type, length, slides, tow vehicle, pets, and any leveling needs ready.
What are the daily and holiday rates?
The current daily rate is $65 plus tax. Holiday sites are $70 plus tax with a three night minimum. Call to confirm the total and holiday dates.
Are monthly or annual stays available?
Yes. Call the office for current availability, rates, deposit terms, and park requirements.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are confirmed with your reservation. Ask the office to review the applicable deadline and any deposit before payment.
Can my assigned site change?
Yes. The park may adjust assignments as arrivals and rig needs change. Confirm your site before parking.
02 Sites and arrival
Which site will fit my rig?
The terraces differ. Share your full rig length, slides, tow vehicle, and maneuvering needs so the office can help choose a suitable site.
Should I bring leveling equipment?
Guests with specific leveling concerns should discuss them with the office before arrival and carry the equipment recommended for their rig.
What hookups are included?
Water, electricity, sewer, and Wi-Fi are included at every site.
When will I receive arrival and departure details?
The office confirms timing with each reservation. Call before travel if your plans change or you expect to arrive outside the agreed window.
03 Park services
Are showers, restrooms, and laundry available?
Yes. The property includes guest showers, restrooms, and laundry facilities.
How do I reserve the pavilion?
Call the office before planning a gathering. Pavilion use must be arranged directly with the park.
Where can I park an additional vehicle?
Only one RV or travel trailer and one vehicle may occupy a site. Ask the office about designated parking for any additional transportation vehicle.
04 Pets and rules
Are pets welcome?
Yes. Keep pets leashed outside the fenced dog run and clean up after them. Ask the office about any current pet fee when reserving.
What are quiet hours?
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Are open fires or fireworks allowed?
No. Open fires are not allowed under Village restrictions, and fireworks are prohibited.
Can I wash my RV at the site?
No. RV washing is not allowed at the site.
05 Around Ruidoso
How far is Midtown?
Midtown is about five minutes from the mapped park entrance in normal conditions.
How far is Grindstone Lake?
Grindstone Lake is about eight minutes away. The lake and trails are open for day use, while the campground is closed.
What should I check before driving to Ski Apache or Monjeau?
Check New Mexico 511, Lincoln National Forest alerts, weather, and the destination's own current status. Use a suitable passenger vehicle and leave the large rig at the park.
