The park office with the American flag flying out front, framed by pines with the mountains behind. Hand lettering reads: Ruidoso feels like home.

A life built
together.

An RV park in the mountains, and a family’s
story still unfolding in the pines. This is how
it began, in Nick’s own words.

A letter from your host

Before theGates Opened.

The story of RV Resorts of
Ruidoso didn’t begin when
we opened our gates. In many
ways, it began long before I
ever moved to Ruidoso.

For as long as I can remember,
I’ve believed in a God-given
dream: a place where people
could slow down, connect with
nature, and feel at home.

Years later, that dream took
shape, and one day I made the
decision to operate an RV park.

What started as a dream for the
future soon became a calling
for my life. I never could have
imagined that God’s timing
would bring that dream back
around at just 32 years old.

Before RV Resorts of Ruidoso,
I spent a decade building a
career in safety, until I had
to ask myself what really
mattered. The answer was
simple: people, purpose, and
a place like Ruidoso.

More than
a place to stay

A different kind of success

Choosing whatMatters.

What is success worth if achieving it means missing the people you are doing it all for?
So I began praying for a change.

I asked God to lead me toward something my family could be part of,
something we could build together. I wanted to be present with my family,
serve others, make a difference in people’s lives, and create something with
a purpose beyond a paycheck.

I didn’t know exactly what that would look like.

But God did.

Where purpose lives

A new chapter

A place with a story

Then cameRuidoso.

Summer, 2025

In the summer of 2025, an
unexpected opportunity came
into my life: the chance to help
bring RV Resorts of Ruidoso
back to life.

The park had been closed, and
there was a tremendous amount
of work ahead of us. But instead
of seeing only what the property
was at that moment, I saw what
it could become.

More importantly, I saw the
dream I had carried for years
beginning to unfold right in
front of me.

By mid-August 2025, we opened
RV Resorts of Ruidoso back to
the public, and I stepped into
the role of Managing Partner.

From that point forward, this
became much more than a job
for me and my family.

It became our mission.

Our story

A Bigger StoryBegan.

We came to build a park. We found a community. My family and I
have poured our blood, sweat, tears, time, faith, and hearts into this
place. We have cleaned, painted, repaired, improved, celebrated
victories, worked through setbacks, and continued showing up,
even when things didn’t go according to plan.

But our purpose has never simply been to operate another RV park.

Our purpose is to build a community.

We want RV Resorts of Ruidoso to be a place where people genuinely look
out for one another. A place where neighbors help neighbors, strangers
become friends, and someone going through a difficult season can find
encouragement, kindness, or simply someone willing to listen.

Above all, I want the way we operate this resort to reflect the values
God has placed on my heart:

Faith. Family. Service. Kindness. Compassion. Community.

in community

The days that shaped us

Every PartMattered.

This past year, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming incredible
people to RV Resorts of Ruidoso — guests who arrived as strangers
and left as friends.

We’ve shared conversations, laughter, meals, activities, celebrations,
difficult moments, and memories that our family will carry for years
to come.

There have been challenges, long days, sleepless nights, setbacks
and mistakes — moments when we wondered how we were going
to make it all work.

But through all of it, I remain grateful.

Grateful for the opportunity, the people, the experience, the memories,
and every guest who has trusted us with their stay.

Most of all, I’m grateful that God took a dream I once believed was meant
for retirement and showed me that His timing didn’t look anything like mine.

Room to breathe.
Time to be grateful.

The next chapter

The JourneyContinues.

This story is still being written.
I believe that’s part of what makes
RV Resorts of Ruidoso different.

We’re not trying to be every other
RV park. For me, this isn’t about
competing with the park down the road.
It’s about continuing to improve, serve,
listen, learn, and build the vision
God placed on my heart.

There is still so much we want to
accomplish.

We’re still building. We’re still
improving. We’re still learning.

When you choose to stay at
RV Resorts of Ruidoso, I want you
to know what you’re supporting.

You’re not simply supporting
an RV park.

You’re supporting a family, a small
business, a dream that started years
before we ever opened these gates,
and a vision for a place where people
can slow down, connect, lend a helping
hand, and remember what it means
to be part of a community.

Every reservation, returning guest,
recommendation, review, and person
who tells someone else about us
helps us continue building that dream.

Our story is far from finished.

From the heart

This is more than a place
to park your RV.
This is our journey.
This is our community.
And this is RV Resorts of Ruidoso.
